If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p><strong>Role Overview: </strong>The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner in delivering high-level<br>administrative and organizational support to the President of Lucid ME. This role demands a<br>proactive individual capable of managing a broad spectrum of executive-level responsibilities,<br>often involving confidential and sensitive matters. A high degree of professionalism, discretion,<br>willingness to learn and prompt responsiveness is essential.<br>This is not a remote role and requires a full-time presence in the office in KAFD. The position may<br>also require occasional travel, sometimes international, depending on business needs. Given the<br>global nature of the company, the individual should also be prepared for occasional availability<br>outside of regular business hours.</p>
<p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>•<strong> Executive Support:</strong> Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and to<br>Chief of Staff, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating<br>travel arrangements.<br>• <strong>Communication Management:</strong> Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external<br>stakeholders, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the<br>President.<br>• <strong>Meeting Coordination:</strong> Organize and manage internal and external meetings, including<br>preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups in collaboration with<br>Chief of Staff.<br>• <strong>Travel Logistics Management:</strong> Plan, book, and manage all travel itineraries,<br>accommodations, and logistics for the President, ensuring smooth travel arrangements in<br>collaboration with Chief of Staff.<br>• <strong>Document Management:</strong> Prepare, review, and proofread presentations, reports, and other<br>documents for the President. Ensure documents are translated from Arabic to English, wellorganized and accessible when needed.<br>• Project Management Support: Assist with various projects, including organizing events,<br>coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of new initiatives<br>in collaboration with Chief of Staff.<br>• <strong>Confidentiality Discretion:</strong> Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost<br>care, maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.<br>• <strong>General Administrative Tasks:</strong> Provide day-to-day office support, including expense<br>reporting, preparing materials for meetings, and coordinating the President’s daily<br>schedule. Ad hoc administrative support to direct reports of President.<br>• <strong>Special Projects and Strategic Support:</strong> Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to<br>execute special tasks and projects as directed, aimed at directly supporting the office of the<br>President.</p>
