Forerunner helps government agencies do these things better by empowering them to access, understand, and mobilize local-level data at scale.</p> <p><strong>About the position:</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a talented Business Development Representative with 1-3 years of experience to join our company to provide support to our sales teams. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Identify high-potential government customers and execute outbound strategies to connect them to Forerunner</li> <li>Move leads through the funnel, arranging meetings with an Account Executive</li> <li>Develop and lead campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls and determine how best to scale them</li> <li>Partner with Account Executives at Forerunner to build strategies and prospect into designated accounts</li> <li>Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting effort</li> </ul> <p>In general, the Business Development Representative role may be a good fit if you:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Have demonstrable proficiency solving ambiguous problems.</strong> You are an analytical individual who enjoys creating structure where there is none, tackling problem solving creatively, and working collaboratively to achieve goals.</li> <li><strong>Have strong verbal and written communication skills.</strong> As a Business Development Representative, effective communication is vital.
