In this role, you will collaborate closely with our customers, field sales organization, and product marketing teams to bring together and showcase how our solutions drive measurable business outcomes and results for our customers and partners!</p> <p>You will be responsible for working directly with customers to generate credible, compelling content in our Asia-Pacific-Japan (APJ) region. This content will focus on customer stories, specifically redefining insights—covering initial challenges, solution deployment, and realized return on investment and overall value — into multiple formats.</p> <p>This is the phenomenal role for a storyteller with a product marketing perspective. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical solutions into clear, engaging narratives that encourage confidence and drive sales conversations.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with sales, customer success, and product marketing to identify customers with compelling stories that demonstrate business value and innovation.</li> <li>Conduct customer interviews to understand their journey, technical implementation, and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Develop a range of customer advocacy content, including: case studies; business outcome summaries; video scripts and presentation spotlights; short testimonials, blog features, and social posts.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal collaborators to ensure technical and business accuracy.</li> <li>Guide customers through the review and approval process, ensuring their comfort and passion in being featured.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>2-3+ years of shown experience in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, or Content Development, ideally within B2B or SaaS.</li> <li>Consistent track record to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.</li> <li>Outstanding writing and interviewing skills; comfortable speaking directly with customers and executives.</li> <li>Experience crafting customer-facing content (case studies, videos).</li> <li>Understanding of TCO, return on investment, and value-based messaging frameworks.</li> <li>Strong project management and collaborator communication skills.</li> <li>Collaborative, customer-first approach with attention to detail and storytelling authenticity.</li> <li>A master storyteller focused on customer outcomes.</li> <li>A creative spirit that will have innovative new ideas to bring customer stories to life.</li> <li>A strategic mindset that is able to identify gaps across the storytelling portfolio, meet sales expectations, and demonstrate expertise in working with customers closely and bringing them on a journey.</li> </ul> <h3> </h3><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People</strong></h2> <p>As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity.
