This role partners cross-functionally, using data and insights to inform decisions and guide priorities. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the department to solve complex challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive operational excellence.</p> <p>You will report into the SVP, Insurance Operations.</p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong>This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid</p> <p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong>The base pay for this role is: $149,040 - $195,615 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with department leadership to shape and advance the strategic roadmap for key programs and initiatives.</li> <li>Lead end-to-end program management of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.</li> <li>Establish success criteria and performance metrics; analyze data to identify root causes, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Develop clear, executive-ready communications to articulate strategy, priorities, and progress across the organization.</li> <li>Facilitate department-wide forums, including leadership meetings and all-hands sessions, by managing agendas, driving productive dialogue, and ensuring follow-through on key actions.</li> <li>Create prioritization frameworks that help leadership evaluate trade-offs and focus on the most critical initiatives.</li> <li>Design and implement operating playbooks and workflows to strengthen execution and maximize initiative impact.</li> <li>Support the development and growth of direct reports (as applicable), fostering accountability and professional development.</li> <li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years experience in strategy and operations.</li> <li>4+ years project planning and program management experience.<em> </em></li> <li>Experience in leading large-scale cross functional initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree. </li> <li>6+ years experience working in healthcare or insurance industries in a strategy, business development, or project management role</li> <li>Management Consulting experience.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
