Navan is seeking a proactive <strong>Senior Workday Analyst</strong> to join our People Operations Team. You won’t just be maintaining a system; you’ll be a strategic architect scaling our global infrastructure to support rapid expansion and a world-class employee experience.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Architect Configure:</strong> Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, with a primary focus on <strong>Absence Management</strong> and <strong>Global Time Tracking</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Data Migration Lead:</strong> Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for <strong>Workday EIBs</strong>, managing high-volume data uploads, mass updates, and complex data transformations with surgical precision.</li> <li><strong>Full-Suite Optimization:</strong> Support and enhance the broader Workday ecosystem, including <strong>Talent, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Roadmapping:</strong> Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, prioritizing the People Systems roadmap for global impact.</li> <li><strong>Advanced Analytics:</strong> Build and maintain complex <strong>Calculated Fields</strong>, Matrix Reports, and Dashboards to provide the leadership team with real-time, actionable data insights.</li> <li><strong>Troubleshoot Resolve:</strong> Serve as a subject matter expert for complex system issues, ensuring seamless performance and data flow across all integrations.</li> <li><strong>Enablement:</strong> Develop "best-in-class" documentation and conduct global training sessions to promote best practices across the People Operations team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Workday Expertise:</strong> 5+ years of HRIS experience, with at least <strong>3+ years of deep, hands-on Workday HCM configuration</strong>.</li> <li><strong>The "Absence" Specialist:</strong> Proven track record of configuring <strong>Absence Management</strong> in a global environment. You understand the nuance of statutory requirements and entitlement rules.</li> <li><strong>EIB Proficiency:</strong> Advanced skills in building and executing <strong>Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs)</strong> for mass data loads and system integrations.</li> <li><strong>Global Fluency:</strong> High-level domain knowledge of EMEA labor laws, statutory absence types, and payroll integration touchpoints.</li> <li><strong>Technical Depth:</strong> Mastery of Reporting, Security, and <strong>Calculated Fields</strong> to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.</li> <li><strong>Agility:</strong> Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> The ability to explain technical "Workday-speak" to non-technical stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.</li> </ul>
