Your impact As a Data Engineer at Cisco, you’ll help shape our data-driven future by building and supporting coordinated data solutions that power business analytics and machine learning across the organization. Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; within 6 months of graduation. AI literacy, Cloud-first attitude, Data-driven, Agile familiarity. Familiarity or experience with databases (ex: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and big data processing frameworks (ex: Hadoop, Spark) Proficiency in English. The candidate must possess strong command over both written and spoken English Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience with RESTful API design Experience with BI tools such as Tableau Understanding of data security best practices Knowledge of full‑stack development for building comprehensive data solutions Why Cisco?
