Your Impact You will be a pivotal force in shaping Cisco's technological landscape, driving innovation to deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences. Collaborating across multi-functional teams, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable and robust technical solutions across diverse platforms, including Salesforce and advanced backend systems. Your expertise, often integrating cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities, will streamline critical business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and unlock new data-driven insights, directly contributing to Cisco's strategic goals and global impact. Minimum Qualifications Education and Core Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. English language fluency. 4+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery for web or cloud-based enterprise applications. Technical Expertise : Build intuitive, scalable AI-driven applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and responsive UI/UX design. Back-End development expertise in server-side languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, , API development (REST/GraphQL), database design (SQL/NoSQL), and scalable microservices architecture. Exposure to developing AI-based applications and experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar. Proficiency in integrating third-party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), implementing authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), working with event-driven architectures, and collaborating effectively within Agile teams using strong analytical, problem-solving, Preferred Qualifications Proven leadership in technical design, code quality, and architectural decisions on cross-functional projects. Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers is highly valued. Passion for ongoing professional development through certifications, experimentation, or community engagement. Interest in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or low-code/no-code platforms. Eagerness to explore and apply new technologies.. Professional certifications in UX/UI development, AI, and/or Python/Java are preferred. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, propose enhancements, and leverage analytics or AI to improve system efficiency and data reliability. Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills to work effectively across technical and business teams, ensuring clarity and knowledge sharing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
