<p><strong>Who you'll work with</strong></p><p>Arista Networks is the pioneer and industry leader in the delivery of software-driven Cloud Networking solutions. We are seeking an experienced Credit and Collections Analyst, based out of our Shannon office, to join our growing Finance organisation.</p><p>The successful candidate will join a collaborative group, integral to the finance function. The role will involve working closely with sales representatives, order management, international tax, legal members of the broader finance team, as well as partnering with customers and colleagues in the Americas, Europe and Asia. </p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Credit and collections management of a significant portfolio.</li><li>Monitor and actively manage outstanding balances, ensuring timely collection of overdue amounts.</li><li>Prepare weekly aged debtor reports, and highlight risk across the business.</li><li>Credit checking new and existing customer accounts.</li><li>Sales Order review and approval.</li><li>Track, process and report on the Return Authorisation process.</li><li>Liaise with customers and internal departments, dealing with issues efficiently, to ensure timely payment.</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders i.e., sales, legal, tax etc.</li><li>Meetings with key customers.</li><li>Month end reporting and assistance with both internal and external audits.</li><li>Manage invoicing on customer portals, where necessary.</li><li>Other finance activities, as required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>3 years+ experience in a Collections or Order to Cash role in a large organisation.</li><li>A background in corporate collections and an exposure to IT sector would be advantageous.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Superior organisational skills, including the ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision.</li><li>Team player who demonstrates a strong desire and willingness to learn.</li><li>Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, tailored for an international environment, specifically focused on proactive customer engagement, customer query resolution, and the persistence necessary to ensure all customer outstanding amounts are settled within payment terms.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Experience of NetSuite (desirable, but not required).</li></ul><p><strong>#LI-JH1</strong></p>
