Product Designer - UX/UI (Design Systems)

<p>As an Experienced Product Designer (UX &amp; UI) in the Wix Design System team, you’ll play a central role in shaping and evolving Wix’s design foundations.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Manage the entire design cycle, from research to crafting pixel-perfect UI for every scenario and state, all the way to handoff to development.</li><li>Conduct extensive product research based on data, usability sessions, support tickets, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Educate and mentor designers across Wix about best practices for using the Design System.</li><li>Define and maintain clear contribution and maintenance processes for components, from creation to adoption.</li><li>Drive consistency across multiple products while balancing flexibility and scalability.</li><li>Deliver thoughtful, high-quality visual design in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, brand designers, UX writers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences.</li></ul> <ul><li>5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on design systems.</li><li>Deep proficiency in Figma — including variables, tokens, components, and themes.</li><li>Experience with large-scale production design systems and multi-product environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript).</li><li>Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).</li></ul> <p>We are Wix’s UX/UI Guild.
