You should have strong coding skills across the stack, a deep appreciation for intuitive user experiences, and the technical expertise to build complex 3D web applications. In this role, you’ll own product features end-to-end—from ideation through to building responsive, user-centric web apps and backend generative AI services and APIs. You’ll also collaborate closely with our research team to bring cutting-edge AI research to life in real-world applications. All in all, you’re a player coach as a strong engineer who is passionate to drive product development.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work as a Sr. Product Engineer to develop and ship products with a user-centric approach.</li> <li>Develop and optimize web-based 3D graphics tools and applications.</li> <li>Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, including working directly with early testers and design partners to solicit user feedback.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong track record in developing and shipping successful products.</li> <li>6+ years of engineering experience and proven ability to operate effectively in startup environments as an early-stage engineer or founder, demonstrating adaptability and ownership.</li> <li>Experience in building user-focused web applications.</li> <li>Proficiency in modern web application technologies for frontend (e.g., TypeScript, React, Node.js) and backend services, and a strong understanding of web architecture.</li> <li>Experience and strong curiosity in working with AI tools.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong foundation in computer science principles.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience in 3D graphics programming and shader development, particularly web frameworks such as WebGL and three.js.
