This role is essential in supporting our high-tech environment, including our advanced robotics and AI research. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who is adept at managing both hardware and software resources, ensuring smooth IT operations, and safeguarding our digital and physical assets.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including compute resources like GPU clusters and cloud environments.</li> <li>Administer access controls and implement security measures across all software platforms.</li> <li>Maintain and update IT equipment inventory, and oversee the IT setup for new employees.</li> <li>Develop and enforce IT policies to secure our robotics technology and intellectual property.</li> <li>Collaborate with technical teams to resolve IT issues and support the deployment and operation of advanced robotic systems.</li> <li>Ensure that our company website and internal tools are maintained and functional.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Previous work experience as a: Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Linux Administrator, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of system administration, network administration, and cloud infrastructure.</li> <li>Experience with enterprise security.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Base Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$50,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$300,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
