If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.</p></div><p> </p> <h3>What are we looking for?</h3> <p>Join a small, high-impact team of engineers operating at a global scale, responsible for developing and maintaining the tools that our Solutions Engineers and Partner Solutions Engineers use every day to demonstrate the SentinelOne platform. These are in-house tools that we build as new needs are identified from the field, across all regions, including:</p> <ul> <li>Our unified data replay platform</li> <li>Our CTF and game platform (as seen with the Threat Hunting World Championship in 2025)</li> <li>New demo capabilities, including a centralized view-only demo environment and a per-user VMware lab platform</li> </ul> <p>This role is well-suited to engineers who thrive in a fast‑moving environment, are comfortable getting deeply hands-on with code, embrace learning and applying new technologies, and want to operate at the intersection of software engineering and cybersecurity in close partnership with field teams.</p> <h3>What will you do?</h3> <p>As an engineer on our team, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Help design and build enterprise‑grade demonstration environments using cloud services, DevOps practices, and virtualization technologies</li> <li>Develop new features for existing high-demand replay and demo tools</li> <li>Implement backend services (primarily in Python and Go) and APIs</li> <li>Triage and fix bugs, improve logging and observability, and continuously harden the reliability of our demo and game platforms</li> <li>Collaborate across multiple engineering teams (product, cloud, data, security) to design and build new demonstration tools and content that integrate into SentinelOne’s industry‑leading platform</li> <li>Innovate new ways for the field to show the value of SentinelOne – from museum‑tour demos to interactive games and scenario‑driven workflows</li> </ul> <p>We are a small team with a very direct impact on how successful SentinelOne is in the market. The tools you build will be front and center in customer meetings, events, and large-scale programs.</p> <h3>What skills and experience should you bring?</h3> <p>We are looking for exceptional engineers who are passionate about delivering great tools to our Solutions Engineering organization. To that end, we are looking for engineers with the following:</p> <ul> <li><strong>2+ years</strong> of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent), ideally in backend or platform‑focused roles</li> <li>A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; additional or directly relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree</li> <li>Strong backend development experience in <strong>Python</strong>, <strong>Go</strong>, and/or <strong>NodeJS</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience building and consuming APIs (HTTP/REST, gRPC, GraphQL)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with containerization (<strong>Docker</strong>)</li> <li>Experience developing and deploying <strong>scalable web applications and services</strong>, orchestrating software releases, and delivering highly reliable systems</li> <li>Comfortable working independently with minimal direction, while collaborating effectively with distributed engineering and field teams</li> <li>Background or strong interest in <strong>computer security</strong></li> </ul> <p>Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Protobuf</st ...
