Product Expert - Clinical Data Management Systems

The Role Veeva is looking for a highly motivated individual with data management or life science industry experience in software product management. You will drive customer success with our Veeva Clinical Data Management products, specifically Veeva Clinical Database (CDB), working with our customers focused on North America. As part of the Clinical Data Management Product Expert team, you will play a key role in the Product organization. Most importantly you will: 1. Represent the Product organization and be an evangelist for our products in customer meetings, online communities, and at industry events. 2. Advocate the voice of the customer to help shape the product roadmap. 3. Realize the value of our product innovations, by creating valuable content and resources for internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone experienced in the Veeva EDC and/or CDB applications or comparable Clinical Data Management systems and processes, eager to collaborate with customers, and excited to drive their success.
