Sales Compensation Senior Associate Department: Operations Team: Sales Operations Location: Mexico City, Mexico Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The Commercial Sales Strategy & Planning team is looking for a Compensation Senior Associate to serve as the central coordination and governance point for compensation processes. This role ensures consistency, policy adherence, and quality control across regional quota and compensation workflows. The impact of this role is maintaining trust in compensation outcomes without owning execution. **What the Candidate Will Do** - Act as the central point of contact for compensation governance and questions - Maintain global compensation rules of engagement and metric definitions - Review and validate regional quota outputs for consistency with guardrails - Support SIP mechanics review and scenario simulations - Track exceptions and route escalations to the appropriate owners **Basic Qualifications** - 4+ years of experience in sales operations, compensation, or revenue operations - Impeccable project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex policy frameworks - Advanced Excel skills and experience reviewing large data outputs - SQL skills and comfort with queries - Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRMs) - Effective communication: you can explain the "how" to a technical analyst and the "so what" to sales leaders. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience supporting global or multi-region sales teams - Familiarity with SIP mechanics, quota frameworks, and compensation policies - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, and Data teams - Prior experience reviewing or validating regional outputs Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
