Strategy & Operations Lead Department: Operations Team: Local Operations Location: Mexico City, Mexico Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The Vehicles team in Mexico is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for acquiring, onboarding, engaging, and growing our vehicles supply for Mobility. This team leads our largest partnerships, and is key to creating vehicle solutions for our drivers. **What the Candidate Will Do** - **Team Leadership:** Inspire and lead a team of 5 people, holding them accountable to priorities and goals - **Strategic Ownership:** Work with executive leadership to set strategy and lead the implementation of Vehicle Partnership and Fleet Earner Strategy. You’ll design and execute the vision, strategy, and tactics for Vehicle acquisition engagement, and growth, through data-driven analytics, creative initiatives, and robust partnerships - **Partnership Management:** Proficiently operate and oversee big rental partnerships, actively fostering their operational excellence and facilitating their growth - **Stakeholder Management:** Serve as a thought partner and lead cross-functional initiatives by building close relationships with global and local partners. You’ll work collaboratively with local, regional, and global stakeholders to improve the Product experience for Suppliers - **Product Improvement:** You’ll work collaboratively with local, regional, and global stakeholders to improve the Product experience for Suppliers - **Business Sense:** Effectively oversee your vehicle's incentives budget, skillfully allocating resources to drive growth and enhance engagement where most impactful **Basic Qualifications** - **Years of Experience/Industries: 7+ years** of professional experience - **Data-Driven Mentality:** Data-first problem solver with sound business judgment and the ability to propose unique solutions to complex issues with strong critical thinking - **Communication:** Spanish and English proficiency. - **Stakeholder Management:** Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially across local-global dynamics and exte
