Account Partner, Enterprise Department: Sales & Account Management Team: Account Management Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Type: Full-Time ## About the Role The Account Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to showcase relationship-building and portfolio management skills within an assigned territory. This role focuses on post-sales management of medium and strategic Enterprise restaurant partners, strengthening partnerships to increase retention while driving sustainable business growth through mutually beneficial outcomes. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in retaining high-value accounts by ensuring partners succeed on the Uber Eats platform. You will work closely with restaurant partners to identify growth opportunities, improve performance, and influence internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance core business metrics for both our partners and Uber Eats. ## What You’ll Do - Own post-deal partner management for a high-value, high-potential portfolio of restaurant partners - Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, product adoption, and retention - Identify and execute upsell opportunities by recommending new product features that create mutual business value - Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating partner needs into clear insights and advocating on their behalf - Develop a strong understanding of the partner landscape and build relationships across partner organizations - Design and lead growth initiatives with restaurant partners, working cross-functionally with Uber teams to drive execution - Set, track, and report on performance metrics while leading regular business reviews to drive continuous improvement ## What You’ll Need - 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in account management, customer success, sales, or a similar commercial role - Confidence making data-driven decisions and applying sound business judgment - Strong project management skills, with experience building joint business plans and delivering consistent results - Excellent verbal and written co
