As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping Uber Eats priorities, influencing decision-makers, and delivering measurable results at scale. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- \*Responsible for the commercial relationship with Top Partners en Uber Eats. Partner relationship management and satisfaction. \*Alignment of Uber Eats strategy execution with partners: be the champion in aligning the strategy and speech towards partners, according to UE strategic needs; ensure we are building a sustainable relationship both for them but also for Uber Eats. \*Be a trusted advisor, providing insights, consumer and industry trends, and best practices. \*Analyze the key metrics of our partners’ business to understand the drivers of growth and expansion. \*Creating and developing an account plan in collaboration with the business partner and with the Sr Account manager, ensuring plans for the achievement of objectives. \*Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product and being a problem solver for partners and team. \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- **Account Management** Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with key partners, aligning commercial and operational goals. **Cross-functional Collaboration** Effective coordination with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to design and execute business plans. **Data Analysis & Insights** Ability to interpret business and operational data and turn it into strategic decisions and growth opportunities. **Communication & Influence** Clear communicator across levels and teams, adapting tone and style to the audience. **Problem Solv
