On the Earner Ops team, we grow our driver base to meet business needs, improving the experience for drivers who use our platform, and streamlining processes, so drivers are able to easily access and earn on the Uber Platform. The ideal candidate will excel at solving complex problems, managing multiple work streams and engaging with stakeholders so as to deliver on key business goals that unlock sustainable growth and improve real world outcomes for drivers. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Lead initiatives/programs to grow our driver base and improve the driver experience 2. Lead driver-related reporting, metrics monitoring, and city-/cohort- level insights 3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share driver insights, inform planning/priorities, and co-build solutions that benefit our drivers and our business 4. Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting and analysis on key business challenges 5. Identify and implement improvements to operational processes 6. Present models, findings, and insights to senior management to aid decision making ## **Examples of Things You Could Work On:** 1. Build analytical models to understand driver behavior 2. Develop focused strategies for different types of earners, such as new drivers, tenured drivers, churned drivers, etc. and bring them to life 3.
