As the COE Specialist on the Autonomous Vehicles team, you will be at the center of delivering on this mission to build the best support experience for Autonomous Vehicle users. **What you’ll do?** 1. Handle Customer Interactions via **inbound or outbound phone** and messaging in English and German 2. Ensure continuous process improvement, advocating passionately on behalf of our community to influence the overall customer experience 3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools 4. Have strong understanding and knowledge of your LOB, staying up to date with changes, roll-outs and ongoing initiatives. **Basic Qualifications** 1. Excellent knowledge of **English and German** (written and spoken at C1 minimum) 2. Exceptional communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** 1. Previous call handling experience 2. Detail Oriented: Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail. 3. Naturally Curious: Coachability, open to incorporating feedback, and dedication to improvement of your craft. 4.
