**About the Role**
The Uber Advertising team is looking for a Partner Manager to join our Retail vertical. As a Partner Manager, you will be establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, client education and client satisfaction in this fast paced environment.
You will work strategically to drive value and efficiency across various stakeholders within the organisation to drive education and adoption of advertising products across our Delivery and Mobility platforms.
You will be responsible for campaign execution, account management, reporting, and will collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to bring value and build a mutually beneficial relationship.

01. Partner with our ad sales teams to develop and manage ad partnership strategies that deliver on our Retail partners’ needs, business objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals
02. Build relationships with key marketing decision makers within partner organisations
03. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients’ marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support them
04. Manage internal and external kick off calls to understand campaign specifications and discuss complex executions
05. Manage the entire campaign lifecycle including creative showcase and best practises
06. Proactively monitor campaign performance to pinpoint, communicate and solve issues
07. Coordinate the launch, management and reporting of campaigns; while proactively communicating updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders
08. Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
