This team focuses on continuous improvement, innovation, and streamlining complex cross-organizational interactions. This person will work to enhance organizational efficiency, manage critical processes, and ensure smooth operations across multiple engineering organizations. We are looking for someone who is an owner, organized, and excited about making large organizations and functions efficient and effective in execution. We’re also looking for an individual who can bring clarity to complexity, operational magic to ambiguity, and energy to every interaction, and being able to instill the same in your team and lead by example. You and your team will be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders—driving alignment, scaling excellence, and unlocking velocity.
