Implementation Specialist, Uber for Business Department: Sales & Account Management Team: Account Management Location: Santiago, Chile Type: Full-Time **About the Role** As an Implementation Specialist within Uber for Business, you will be responsible for managing large and LATAM wide initiatives to increase the adoption, and product penetration in our main markets with Top Clients. You will entirely lead the execution of post-sales and adoption programs, you will also be responsible for retaining and driving revenue within top clients through adoption and cross-selling strategies. Our product expertise will make you uniquely qualified to share the best practices and recommendations with internal teams, with the goal of providing an extraordinary customer experience and growing revenue through account penetration and adoption! This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in Santiago 3 days/week.
