Service Team Analyst III - Senior Process Optimization Specialist (Amplify - Product) Department: Community Operations Team: Community Operations Location: Krakow, Poland Type: Full-Time **Senior Process Optimization Specialist** Uber is looking for a Senior Process Optimization Specialist to expand its Team in Krakow. The Krakow Center of Excellence is taking a new highway to become a major Technology Hub in Central & Eastern Europe, focusing on Process Optimization, Data Analytics & Automation. **About the role** You will work on complex business processes that are essential to keep the Uber operations in good functioning order. You will ensure your actions are run properly and on time, meeting the expectations in terms of quality and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). While executing these processes, you will identify areas of improvement, conduct root-cause analyses, build data-driven strategies and implement your enhancements iteratively and incrementally. You will participate in the design of new processes and analyze their execution on small cohorts before scale up. Accordingly, you will prepare brand-new SOPs and ensure they are kept up to date.
