With tens of thousands of businesses around the world already on board, we are building for the future of how work gets done, especially in high-growth emerging markets like Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). ## About the Role As Uber continues to expand its B2B services around the world, the Uber for Business team is looking for a motivated, demanding, and hands-on commercial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to take Uber's B2B business to the next level in Sub-Saharan Africa. As the Country Manager, you will own the end-to-end commercial strategy and vision for our solution suite across the region, taking full accountability for its success. This is a critical leadership role responsible for developing, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team, while balancing long-term strategic objectives with ambitious, short-term sales targets. We are looking for a highly visible business leader with a demonstrated track record of building and running a B2B sales business in SSA, who is still driven by winning business and can lead by example culturally for the team. ## The Impact You'll Have - Commercial Strategy & Vision: Own, shape, and execute the overall SSA B2B commercial strategy and vision.
