**What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points**
1. **Lead & Develop:** Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue goals.
2. **Drive Results:** Monitor performance, quota attainment, and pipeline health to ensure consistent execution and delivery against targets.
3. **Enable Success:** Conduct regular deal reviews, call observations, and performance calibrations to identify strengths and growth areas.
4. **Foster Collaboration:** Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations) to align on market priorities and optimize performance.
5. **Strategic Influence:** Serve as a key thought partner to Territory Leadership on short- and long-term business strategy, growth opportunities, and process improvement.
**Optimize Systems:** Work with Sales Operations to analyze performance data, improve workflows, and ensure the team has the tools needed to sell effectively.
**Basic Qualifications**
1. 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience
2. 3-4 years of sales management experience
3. Bachelor's degree
4. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Experienced people leader with strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
2. Consistent track record of developing top sales talent and leading teams to exceed revenue goals
3. Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform coaching, forecast accuracy, and sales strategy
4. Experience managing both Inside Sales and Field Sales teams preferred
5. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$144,000 per year - USD$160,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k)
