You'll build and scale our business, which means you'll be leading in a fast-moving environment. Your team's partnerships will have a tangible impact on local restaurants and the way people move and eat in your city. You'll oversee their efforts in outreach, negotiation, relationship building and merchant onboarding. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Sales Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for customer acquisition, monitor the sales pipeline to forecast revenue, and guide account executives through the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals 2. Negotiation and Deal-Making: Assist Account Executives in closing high-value deals, oversee contract negotiations and approval processes, and develop strategies to overcome objections and accelerate deal closure 3. Market and Platform Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics while ensuring the team maintains comprehensive knowledge of the company's products or services 4. Sales Coaching/Leadership: Track team and individual sales targets, identify and manage risks to achieving goals, proactively manage performance to a high standard, effectively roadmap team activities, demonstrate understanding of required inputs to rebalance workloads or adjust priorities, and articulate a clear vision with strategic focus translated into actionable plans for team members. \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 1. Fluency in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus. 2. 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on outbound prospecting and high-volume lead generation 3.
