The team is responsible for strategy creation, and execution for our Driver and Rider focused activities. Operations are all about running our business with executional excellence and helping our driver-partners and riders get the most out of the Uber platform. As a Logistics & Operations Manager, you’ll help us grow by refining our sales, payment, and logistics processes. You’ll be a key player in building a solid operational foundation—turning diverse business needs into smooth, efficient workflows that make life easier for the whole team. **Your Impact in Role** 1\. Sales & Account Management Standardization (CRM Ops) - Workflow Standardization: Facilitate the end-to-end operational flow for Sales and Account Management. You will help define and maintain standardized processes for activity tracking, partner onboarding, and performance metrics to ensure team consistency. - CRM Optimization: Maintain the health and utility of CRM tools (Salesforce). Drive data accuracy and build visibility into the sales activities. 2\. Payment & Hardware Logistics Systematization - Payment Operational Excellence: Streamline payment cycles and settlement flows.
