In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategy and execution for growing and optimizing our driver, supply partner, and fleet ecosystem, ensuring a thriving and reliable supply base that underpins Uber's success in the region. You will champion the earner experience, owning how we build trust, maximize earnings opportunities, and foster a strong sense of partnership with the individuals and partners powering our platform. This encompasses independent drivers, supply partners and fleet operators. You will be instrumental in shaping Uber's value proposition for our supply ecosystem in Egypt, driving impactful initiatives to enhance brand perception, boost satisfaction and retention across driver segments, and solidify Uber as the preferred platform for earning. This leadership position sits at the crucial intersection of marketplace dynamics, product strategy, and on-the-ground operations, demanding sharp analytical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the needs of individual drivers and industry partners. **What the Candidate Will Do:** 01. Strategic Leadership & Vision: Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement a comprehensive supply strategy encompassing both drivers and partners across Egypt.
