Experience Strategy Associate, Global Membership Department: Operations Team: Strategy & Planning Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The Experience Strategy Associate will support improving and protecting the core member experience to drive retention across the Uber One member base. This role will focus on ensuring members have a consistently high-quality experience, identifying and mitigating sources of friction, and building mechanisms that protect against poor experiences. In addition, the Experience Associate will play a critical role in evaluating, shaping, and supporting the development of new benefits to ensure they meet member needs and deliver durable value. **What You'll Do** - Own the end-to-end member experience strategy with a focus on retention - Identify key drivers of poor member experiences and develop mechanisms to prevent, detect, and resolve them - Partner with Product, Support, and Operations teams to improve experience quality across the member journey - Define standards for what constitutes a strong member experience and ensure consistency at scale - Evaluate new and existing benefits through the lens of member experience and retention impact - Support the development and launch of new benefits to ensure experience quality and operational readiness - Establish experience metrics and accountability for retention-related outcomes **Basic Qualifications** - 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, tech, finance, or a related field - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. - SQL proficiency and experience with complex data analytics **Preferred Qualifications** - Financial acumen - understands the importance of investments and different means of measuring return - High standards and a bias toward action.
