**About the Role**
As a Growth Operations Manager on the Japan Uber Eats Consumer Growth team, you will be at the forefront of driving customer success, developing co-marketing initiatives, and optimizing key growth levers. Your role is central to increasing active users, boosting order frequency, and enhancing customer lifetime value. We’re looking for someone with a sharp business acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners across the ecosystem.
You will be working closely with sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies that fuel growth. This includes enhancing affordability perception, fostering strong relationships with restaurant partners, and utilizing data-driven insights to shape our future. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both operational and entrepreneurial settings, driving growth through creative solutions.
**Your Impact**
1. **Scale Growth Levers:** Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to elevate key growth strategies, including co-marketing with restaurants, large-scale marketing campaigns, customer engagement tactics, and expansion into new verticals such as grocery, alcohol, and convenience.
2. **Business Impact and Results:** Take ownership of business metrics and strategic initiatives, leveraging creative approaches to exceed targets. Focus on driving sustainable growth by identifying opportunities to replace Uber-funded promotions with restaurant co-funded and merchant-driven offers.
3. **Leverage Data & Analytics:** Analyze data, build dashboards and pull insights to inform what the strategy should look like, and/or provide compelling narratives to build stronger collaboration with restaurant partners.
