This role blends analytical rigor with business leadership and will play a key role in scaling our next big bets. You’ll partner cross-functionally across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify growth opportunities, execute high-impact campaigns, and lead a team of Sales Representatives driving merchant adoption. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. **What You'll Do** - Program Ownership & Planning: Define and drive complex programs from early planning through full-scale deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals, cross-functional teams, and operational requirements. Support cross-functional strategic and business planning to develop strategic concepts and translate them into detailed program and project plans, including roadmaps, funding, resource planning, and measurable outcomes. - Track and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities, key trends, and risks, leveraging market dynamics to inform timely decision-making and ensure goal attainment - Design and execute merchant and eater focused campaigns; measure impact and optimize based on performance insights.
