Our core focus is empowering merchant growth through the adoption of our marketing tech solutions, building operational excellence and ensuring the highest level of service possible. **Your Impact in Role:** - Be the primary point of contact for ~70 brands, you are the face of Uber to these merchants - Analyse and leverage data to provide tailored recommendations and insights on how they can scale their business on the platform - Drive adoption of our ads and offers marketing tools within your portfolio - Work with XFN partners to share information on key initaitives/programs that your customers can benefit from **The Experience You'll Bring:** - Minimum 2 years prior account management experience, where you had commercial targets and were solely responsible for the success of a customer portfolio. - Able to analyse data, draw insights and conclusions and clearly message back recommendations and actions to your customer based on their interests/business. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working within the restaurant/hospitality industry - Experience in an account management or sales role using a CRM, forecasting and pipeline management Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
