**About the Role**

The Social team is responsible for telling Uber’s story in an engaging, inspiring, and humanizing way across global channels.
We are looking for a Social Media Senior Associate to lead organic social content creation and handle management for Uber in Poland. This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with Uber’s EMEA and global social teams, as well as our local Comms, Marketing, and Ops teams, to invigorate and grow our local presence. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic social plans across both Uber and Uber Eats in Poland.
**What You'll Do**
1. **Manage Local Channels:** Own the day-to-day management of Uber’s Polish social media accounts, ensuring content is published in a cadence that matches our market and global strategy.
2. **Content Creation:** Shoot, edit, and create original content (video, graphics, captions) for posts on local channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). You must be able to nimbly tell stories in an engaging, social-first manner.
3. **Strategic Planning:** Craft clear and compelling social plans for both timely and evergreen initiatives. You will ideate and launch social-first franchises that ladder into Uber’s local priorities.
4. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Comms, Marketing, Ops, and Legal to bring new products, partnerships, and brand campaigns to life. Consult on integrated marketing campaigns to ensure they succeed on organic handles.
5. **Community & Culture:** Engage with our community on owned channels and during key cultural moments. You will also support relationships with key influencers and creators across categories when needed.
