### About the Role
The Global Delivery Partnerships team is looking for a sharp, highly-motivated individual to join our team which manages the largest global relationships in the restaurant vertical, such as Starbucks, RBI, McDonald’s, Subway & Yum! Brands.
Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. It’s not about pushing a product — it’s about building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment. As a Franchisee Account Manager, you will manage our most influential franchise merchant relationships for the largest QSR brands globally. You’ll need to make smart decisions with imperfect information — and own them. If you’re resilient, resourceful, and energized by the messy reality of doing big things — this is where you’ll grow.
### What You’ll Do
- Build and grow long-term partnerships by leading day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within your managed book of franchise groups
- Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for clients and for Uber
- Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment by clearly communicating the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
- Scale success by identifying key operational opportunities within your managed book and developing clear strategies to drive positive change
- Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to be the voice of the customer, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale
- Bring your analytical A-game by developing analyses to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our growth goals
- Stay resilient through difficult partner conversations and internal roadblocks, ensuring nothing gets missed while consistently finding new ways to contribute to our partnerships
