Associate Program Manager (WFM) Department: Product Team: Program Management Location: Sunnyvale, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** As an Associate Program Manager within the Uber GSS team, you will play a key role in shaping, launching, and operating **human-in-the-loop job workflows** that support AI-enabled products across Uber. This role sits at the intersection of program management, operations, and job design. You will take ambiguous requirements and translate them into clear, executable workflows, ensuring human work is intentionally defined, consistently executed, and integrated into broader product and system needs. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, ML, Operations, and vendor teams. Own the end-to-end execution of human-in-the-loop job workflows, from initial definition through steady-state operations. 2. Build and maintain lightweight processes and SOPs that support consistency and scale without introducing unnecessary complexity. 5. Monitor program health, identify execution gaps or bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions. 7.
