You’ll contribute to mission-critical projects that fuel growth and improve performance across our restaurant delivery business. As a Territory Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in making sure we deploy the right initiatives to ensure our business succeeds in every city where we operate. ## **What You’ll Do** - Analyze market trends and identify strategic opportunities to enhance performance, customer experience, and growth. - Lead high-impact projects across 20+ cities, helping to shape our local delivery strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including commercial, operations, and finance—to drive key business outcomes. - Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend strategies that keep us ahead. - Present key insights, performance trends, and potential risks to leadership using a broad set of data. ## **What You’ll Need** - A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or a related field. (We also welcome candidates with other backgrounds who bring strong analytical and strategic thinking.) - A data-driven mindset—you rely on insights, not assumptions, to make decisions. - English proficiency - Strong organizational and project management skills—you know how to plan, prioritize, and deliver effectively. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally. - A proven ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems with practical solutions. - A results-oriented approach—you take ownership and prioritize based on impact. - Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken. ## **Bonus Points** - Strong understanding of bus
