We work closely with internal stakeholders to create and maintain an efficient billing process, while supporting the company’s rapid growth.</p> <p><strong>About the role: </strong></p> <p>The Commercial (Revenue) Accounting Billing team is responsible for ensuring that Customers have a smooth and accurate billing experience. We work closely with internal stakeholders to create and maintain an efficient billing process, while supporting the company’s rapid growth. </p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing</li> <li>Configure sales orders to accurately reflect contractual terms </li> <li>Address Customer inquiries and resolve invoicing issues</li> <li>Assist with month end accounting close</li> <li>Work closely with the Collections team to resolve invoice disputes</li> <li>Submit invoices to customers, including those that with specific billing requirements and 3rd party portal invoicing</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are: </strong></p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of billing experience at a SaaS company</li> <li>Experience with Usage based billing</li> <li>Experience with homegrown billing systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Netsuite and Salesforce experience</li> <li>Experience in a high growth environment</li> <li>Experience collaborating with engineering and sales</li> </ul> <p><strong>Wondering if you’re a good fit? </strong><strong>We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.</strong><strong> Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team.
