As a critical member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the classified systems infrastructure across the organization, deploying cutting-edge technology to best support the teams building the next generation of defense tech for U.S. and allied militaries.</p> <h4><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a large, complex team that designs, builds, installs and operates classified systems and infrastructure across the Anduril ecosystem</li> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive classified system plan that directly supports Anduril's business objectives and mission</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies in classified spaces</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and speed to delivery</li> <li>Serve as the senior member of the Classified Systems team, driving execution of objectives through the operational team, adjudicating conflicting priorities and ensuring success of objectives.</li> <li>Establish and maintain partnerships with external customer organizations and internal business lines.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</h4> <ul> <li>Experience managing large teams in an ultra fast-paced, dynamic, demanding environment.</li> <li>You know how to move fast and are an expert at managing risk.</li> <li>Strong operational skills. Tangible evidence of successfully executing classified system delivery.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive IT and infrastructure strategies, aligning with a broader organizational objectives and mission</li> <li>Experience with both collateral and special access program (SAP) systems and an understanding of how they are accredited.</li> <li>Should be opinionated at a technical level on what corporate classified system teams should look like based on previous experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ve built a classified IT or systems team from the ground up.</li> <li>Novel non-federal classified networking experience (CSfC deployments, direct connect to classified cloud, interesting backhaul configurations)</li> <li>Experience deployments leveraging classified cloud.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$254,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$336,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
