This role sits within our <strong>International Growth Marketing</strong> team and plays a critical part in accelerating Canva’s growth in Vietnam.</p><p>You won’t just localise words.<strong> You’ll shape product experiences, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure Canva resonates deeply with Vietnamese users</strong> — from students and creators to small businesses and enterprise teams.</p><p><strong>You’ll be the voice of Vietnam inside Canva.</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Why this role is special</strong></p><ul><li>This isn’t a traditional localisation role.</li><li>You’ll shape strategy.</li><li>You’ll influence product direction.</li><li>You’ll help accelerate Vietnam’s creative economy</li></ul><p><strong>And you’ll do it at one of the world’s fastest-growing technology companies.</strong></p><p><strong>At the moment, this role is focused on:</strong></p><ul><li>Owning Canva’s <strong>product and localisation strategy for Vietnam</strong>, ensuring every experience feels culturally relevant and locally intuitive</li><li>Partnering with Product, Growth, Payments and Authentication teams to influence the <strong>Vietnam product roadmap</strong> (features, payment methods, onboarding, subscription flows)</li><li>Analysing user and subscription funnels to identify growth opportunities and unlock new value for Vietnamese users</li><li>Adapting global campaigns, messaging, and in-product experiences to resonate authentically in the Vietnamese market</li><li>Working closely with linguists and the Vietnamese Language Manager to evolve tone of voice, language quality and localisation best practices</li><li>Providing deep cultural insight to global teams to help Canva win hearts — not just downloads — in Vietnam</li></ul><p><strong>You’re probably a match if:</strong></p><ul><li>You have extensive&#xa0;experience across product, localisation, or growth marketing in a high-growth SaaS or product-led company</li><li>You deeply understand Vietnam’s digital ecosystem, user behaviour, and cultural nuances</li><li>You’re highly analytical and comfortable working with funnel metrics, subscription data, and experimentation</li><li>You can influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, content, and regional teams</li><li>You’re fluent in Vietnamese and English, and can flex seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution</li><li>You’re excited about building something meaningful and long-term in Vietnam’s creative economy</li></ul><p><strong>About the team</strong></p><p>Canva’s International team is responsible for driving growth and deepening adoption across key regions worldwide.
