This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of office and remote work. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, manage foreign exchange transactions, and support clients with tailored FX solutions. You will work closely with internal teams including Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Sales to ensure seamless service delivery. Why Join Us: Work with a highly skilled and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding account preferences and FX hedging needs. Handle inbound/outbound client calls and book FX transactions (spots, forwards, limit orders, options). Monitor and manage accounts according to key performance metrics. Provide expert guidance on FX products and solutions to support clients’ cash flow and profitability. Attend training sessions, meetings, and other events as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of foreign exchange markets and payment solutions. Complete RG146 training modules successfully. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in financial services (FX experience advantageous). Passion for global financial markets and foreign exchange. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work collaboratively.
