Join us in our quest to change how people work with data!</p> <h4>The impact you will have:</h4> <ul> <li>Form successful relationships with clients throughout your assigned territory, delivering technical and business value alongside an Account Executive and a Senior Solutions Architect.</li> <li>Gain excitement from clients about Databricks through hands-on evaluation and programming, integrating with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd party applications.</li> <li>Contribute to building the Databricks technical community through workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.</li> <li>Become a trusted Big Data Analytics advisor by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications.</li> <li>Take ownership of your running projects, driving them forward with basic project management discipline and a strong sense of accountability.</li> <li>Develop both technically and in pre-sales with the goal of becoming an independently operating Solutions Architect.</li> </ul> <h4>What we look for:</h4> <ul> <li>Ability to work with clients, create a compelling narrative, identify pain-points, and independently deliver technical propositions that drive tangible business value — building toward a trusted advisor skillset.</li> <li>A desire to deeply understand business challenges and provide value-driving technical solutions to address them.</li> <li>Proficiency in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.</li> <li>Builder mindset with a passion for quick prototyping; first experiences in vibe coding are a plus.</li> <li>Knowledgeable in a core Big Data Analytics domain with exposure to advanced proofs-of-concept and an understanding of a major public cloud platform.</li> <li>Joy in drilling deeper on tough technical questions and solution architecture while always keeping the big picture in mind.</li> <li>Experience in the delivery of retail industry projects is a strong plus.</li> <li>Spikes in production-grade SQL/DWH or ML/AI are advantageous.</li> <li>Fluency in German is a strong advantage.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About Databricks</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Databricks is the data and AI company.
