You will drive net new logo acquisition, while also growing relationships with existing customers and key regional influencers (including consultants and partners). Backed by a world-class ecosystem, you’ll build a durable pipeline, execute strategic territory plans, and consistently deliver bookings and ARR outcomes.</p> <p data-start="759" data-end="779"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul data-start="780" data-end="1694"> <li data-start="780" data-end="937"> <p data-start="782" data-end="937">Own the full sales process in Hong Kong, including prospecting, territory planning, discovery, solution positioning, pricing, negotiation, and close.</p> </li> <li data-start="780" data-end="937"> <p data-start="782" data-end="937">Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive net new logo pipeline generation and predictable bookings.</p> </li> <li data-start="1055" data-end="1186"> <p data-start="1057" data-end="1186">Identify and engage accounts that align to Okta’s ideal customer profile, uncovering high-impact use cases and buying triggers.</p> </li> <li data-start="1187" data-end="1300"> <p data-start="1189" data-end="1300">Orchestrate complex enterprise deals across multiple stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers.</p> </li> <li data-start="1301" data-end="1470"> <p data-start="1303" data-end="1470">Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer First, Business Value Management, Marketing, and Channel/Alliances to accelerate deal velocity and outcomes.</p> </li> <li data-start="1471" data-end="1589"> <p data-start="1473" data-end="1589">Land, adopt, and expand within enterprise accounts, building multi-threaded relationships across the customer org.</p> </li> <li data-start="1590" data-end="1694"> <p data-start="1592" data-end="1694">Champion Okta’s customer-first mindset and become a trusted advisor on Identity and security outcomes.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="1696" data-end="1725"><strong>What success looks like</strong></p> <ul data-start="1726" data-end="2022"> <li data-start="1726" data-end="1808"> <p data-start="1728" data-end="1808">Consistently deliver ARR/bookings targets aligned to high-growth expectations.</p> </li> <li data-start="1809" data-end="1921"> <p data-start="1811" data-end="1921">Build a repeatable, high-quality pipeline that supports both near-term close and long-term territory health.</p> </li> <li data-start="1922" data-end="2022"> <p data-start="1924" data-end="2022">Establish Okta as a strategic platform partner across your named/defined account set in Hong Kong.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="2024" data-end="2066"><strong>You could be a great fit if you have</strong></p> <ul data-start="2067" data-end="2943"> <li data-start="2067" data-end="2188"> <p data-start="2069" data-end="2188">7+ years of direct enterprise field sales experience, with a proven track record of net new logo acquisition.</p> </li> <li data-start="2189" data-end="2313"> <p data-start="2191" data-end="2313">Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise cloud software (Identity/se ...
