Attendance is expected and fully supported.</p></div><p>The Derivatives Sales Team is responsible for driving awareness, adoption and sales of Coinbase's derivatives trading platform among advanced traders globally. Team members manage business development, client relationships and service across the portfolio while collaborating closely with Product and other functions to enhance the offering and platform. Successful candidates will play a key role in Coinbase's growth strategy by introducing innovative crypto trading solutions and helping expand the client base.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sales associate role driving client acquisition primarily targeting prosumers/advanced retail traders</li> <li>Work with Marketing and Product managers to increase awareness of Coinbase and its Advance Trading capabilities along with its derivatives offering.</li> <li>Educate and bring on customers onto Coinbase’s derivatives platform. </li> <li>Identify broader cross selling opportunities and leveraging the rest of the Institutional team.</li> <li>Work alongside product teams to further develop our product and make it number one in the asset class.</li> <li>Drive client acquisition and manage a portfolio of VIP global clients, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.</li> <li>Build rapport and deepen connections with existing clients through frequent, proactive communication, and relationship expansion.</li> <li>Develop and implement key customer service processes, establish management guidelines, and monitor the progress of high-priority clients.</li> <li>Analyze client behavior to uncover unmet needs, preparing in-depth customer analysis reports.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to deliver outstanding service solutions and a superior client experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of sales experience in technical environment (ideally fintech, capital markets) </li> <li>3+ years of experience managing a client portfolio including, but not limited to, institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, advanced/sophisticated individual investors and traders.</li> <li>Broad understanding of derivative markets and products, along with experience in providing solutions to clients’ needs.</li> <li>Passionate about the rapidly evolving crypto industry, with a commitment to staying current on the latest trends and innovations.</li> <li>Series 3 license, or willingness to obtain one.</li> <li>Strong team collaboration - This role crosses all functions of Coinbase ( ...
