The TAM acts as a trusted technical advisor—bridging engineering, product, and customer teams to drive secure, compliant, and mission-critical implementations in highly regulated and air-gapped environments.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Customer Success Secure Solution Delivery</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead technical onboarding, configuration, and production deployment for strategic enterprise and public sector customers.</li> <li>Design, validate, and implement secure, scalable architectures for Mattermost across cloud, hybrid, and <strong>air-gapped environments</strong>.</li> <li>Ensure compliance alignment with relevant European and German frameworks such as <strong>BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, NIS2, and NATO security standards</strong>.</li> <li>Guide customers in integrating Mattermost with identity management systems (<strong>SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory</strong>), DevOps pipelines, and monitoring systems.</li> <li>Provide proactive technical guidance to minimize operational risk and ensure high availability, resilience, and performance.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Leadership Advocacy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve complex technical issues and represent customer needs internally.</li> <li>Develop reusable assets (automation scripts, deployment playbooks, documentation) that enable secure and scalable deployments.</li> <li>Participate in internal technical reviews and contribute to improving onboarding processes and implementation methodologies.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Communication Stakeholder Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Present complex technical concepts clearly to both executive and technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Build trusted, long-term relationships that support product adoption, expansion, and customer advocacy.</li> <li>Maintain clear documentation of deployment architectures, security considerations, and customer feedback.<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles.</li> <li>Strong technical expertise in <strong>Linux system administration, networking, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure</strong>.</li> <li>Hands-on scripting or development experience (<strong>Python, Go, Bash, Node.js, or similar</strong>).</li> <li>Solid understanding of <s ...
