CLEAR is scaling quickly, and this role is critical to keeping our recruiting engine running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with recruiters to manage scheduling, travel, interview facilitation, and continuously improve the candidate experience and efficiency of our interview process.</p> <hr> <p><strong><em>What you will do:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Own <strong>end-to-end recruiting coordination</strong>, including job postings, interview and debrief scheduling, onsite facilitation, candidate communication, and follow-ups.</li> <li>Deliver a <strong>high-touch, white-glove candidate experience</strong> for every candidate and recruiter you support.</li> <li>Act as a true <strong>partner to recruiters</strong>, anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and keeping processes moving.</li> <li>Serve as an <strong>ambassador for the Recruiting team</strong> with internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>How you’ll measure success:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong candidate experience scores and positive feedback from recruiters and hiring teams.</li> <li>Consistent contribution to team metrics and OKRs through timely, accurate scheduling and coordination.</li> <li>High accuracy, reliability, and adherence to SLAs across all recruiting activities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>What you’re great at:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>2+ years of experience</strong>, ideally in a tech environment supporting Engineering or technical teams.</li> <li>You move fast, sweat the details, and have a strong sense of urgency—nothing falls through the cracks.</li> <li>Exceptionally organized and naturally curious about business priorities and how to support them.</li> <li>You thrive on new challenges and bring a <strong>“no job is too big or too small”</strong> mindset every day.</li> <li>Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.</li> <li>You take pride in having the answers—and when you don’t, you know exactly how to find them.</li> <li>You have a strong customer-service mindset and aim for <strong>100% satisfaction</strong> from candidates, recruiters, and business partners.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em><strong>How You'll be Rewarded:</strong></em></p> <p>At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best.
