**About the Role**
Are you a strategic, business-minded marketer eager to shape how we grow usage and habit formation across all of our rider products? As **Product Marketing Manager II focused on Rider Multi-Product Use**, you’ll develop strategies to deepen relationships with our riders and run a small team to accelerate adoption across the portfolio.
In this role, you’ll play the important role of changing how riders think of Uber. Many riders often stick with one product, but a key part of our growth comes from exposing them to new products and needs we can meet for them. This role focuses on developing the right strategies, campaigns, and content to educate riders on the breadth of our offering, simplify their decision-making, and get them to adopt products they have yet to try. You’ll partner closely with teammates across Product, Marketing, Research, Design, and Engineering to grow multi-product usage.
You’ll bring a creative and user-first mindset, paired with a curiosity for data and optimization. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape how riders think about our entire rider offering, work with Product to make our purchase flow as effective as possible, and connect the dots across Marketing and Product to catalyze growth across diverse global audiences.
**What You'll Do**
- **Team management:** You’ll manage a small team of PMMs who contribute to overall multi-product usage efforts, inclusive of things like in-app marketing content about our products and new rider growth strategies to convert recent app signups onto these products. You’ll also drive your own projects and experiments in tandem.
- **Product adoption:** You’ll develop a roadmap and learning agenda for the types of marketing strategies and tactics we use to get riders to try different products from our portfolio (e.g., Uber Comfort, Uber Share, Wait & Save, Uber Moto, Courier, etc.).
