We prioritize not only great technical architecture but also an amazing product experience.</p> <p>Lattice’s Developer Platform team exists to foster a strong culture of Lattice product reliability and performance. We collaborate with our product engineers to improve their observability and operational practices, and ensure the resiliency and performance of our application code. These changes include improvements to cloud-hosted infrastructure, deployment systems (CD), and Infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and application-level frameworks.</p> <h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Build and support shared infrastructure, tools, and frameworks that power Lattice’s SaaS applications.</li> <li>Help improve reliability and performance by adding instrumentation, monitoring, and operational enhancements to our primarily TypeScript-based services.</li> <li>Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows using technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.</li> <li>Work closely with product engineering teams to help them adopt Developer Platform tools and follow established best practices.</li> <li>Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, learning from and collaborating with more experienced engineers.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You Will Bring to the Table</strong></h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production software.</li> <li>Experience working in a modern programming language (we use TypeScript) and debugging production systems.</li> <li>A solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including code quality, testing, and basic system design concepts.</li> <li>Interest in infrastructure, cloud platforms, and reliability, with hands-on exposure to technologies like AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, or IaC.</li> <li>Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with an interest in building maintainable, shared systems that help other engineers succeed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em data-stringify-type="italic">The estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $90,000 - CAD $120,000.
