Uber helps businesses grow sales, optimize operations, and meet rising consumer expectations for convenience and immediacy. **About the Role** We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategic co-marketing initiatives with key restaurant partners across Uber B2B Delivery. This role is a US and Canada focused role that sits at the intersection of deal strategy, partner marketing, and go-to-market execution. You will work closely with Sales, Ops, Product, and external partners to shape joint GTM strategies, influence deal structures from a marketing perspective, and bring partner use cases to life through integrated campaigns, events, and customer storytelling. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong judgment, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while driving measurable business impact. **What You'll Do** **Strategic Partner & Deal Enablement** - Partner with Sales and Business Development to support deal strategy from a marketing perspective, including GTM planning, value propositions, and partner commitments. - Influence marketing-related components of partner negotiations, including budget allocation, co-investment models, and activation plans. - Work closely with Ops and Tech teams to ensure marketing requirements (e.g., lead routing, CRM integrations, attribution) are scoped and executed to support partner agreements. **Go-to-Market & Activation** - Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with strategic partners, aligning marketing initiatives to shared business goals. - Lead integrated partner marketing programs across campaigns, events, webinars, and content, ensuring
