Sr Strategy & Operation Manager Department: Operations Team: Operations Location: Santiago, Chile Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Uber Direct is Uber’s last-mile delivery-as-a-service platform, enabling merchants across verticals like food, grocery, retail, and e-commerce to deliver orders placed on their own channels—outside Uber’s app—using our vast courier network. Beyond direct merchant relationships, we also collaborate with third-party logistics providers to deliver an end-to-end logistics solution at scale. As a Sr Strategy & Operations Manager for Uber Direct CASA, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and high-performing experience for both couriers and merchants. Your mission: build efficient, scalable operations that fuel growth, satisfaction, and long-term success.
