Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.</p></div><p>Dataiku is looking for a <strong>Senior Engagement Manager</strong> to lead strategic services engagements across <strong>Southern Europe</strong>, primarily supporting <strong>Manufacturing Energy</strong> customers.</p> <p>This role goes beyond project management: you will act as a <strong>Deployment Strategist and Value Engineer</strong>, owning the customer’s <strong>AI deployment roadmap</strong>, shaping and prioritising their <strong>use case portfolio</strong>, aligning executives on <strong>KPIs and ROI</strong>, and ensuring <strong>measurable business impact</strong> and <strong>scalable adoption</strong>.</p> <p>You will partner closely internally with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers and Data Scientists to create a stable, secure, and scalable Dataiku platform, while accelerating the path from idea to production to replication across several business units.</p> <h2><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact on our customers</strong></h2> <h3><strong>1) Program management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end <strong>project management</strong> for Dataiku services engagements (initial implementation, use case development, enablement, governance, etc.).</li> <li>Run <strong>program management</strong> for strategic accounts: orchestrate multiple workstreams (platform, governance, enablement, use cases, adoption) with clear milestones and executive-ready reporting.</li> <li>Ensure smooth collaboration across Dataiku (AE/CSM/SE/FE/DS/Partners) and customer teams.</li> <li>Drive predictable delivery across a complex portfolio, with strong risk anticipation and scope control.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2) Use Case Roadmap</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Drive <strong>use case selection and prioritisation</strong> using value/feasibility criteria.</li> <li>Translate industry value chains (Manufacturing / Energy) into a <strong>use-case-driven roadmap</strong> (where AI/agents create measurable impact).</li> <li>Structure <strong>cross-BU replication</strong> (templates, standards, reusability, industrialisation path).</li> </ul> <h3><strong>3) Value Engineering: quantify value upfront, prove it downstream</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Establish value hypotheses and success metrics early (KPIs, ROI drivers, adoption metrics).</li> <li>Track and communicate <strong>realised business value</strong> over time, ensure learnings feed the roadmap and renewal/expansion narrative.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>4) Executive alignment customer leadership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Align executive sponsors on goals, trade-offs, and progress; produce <strong>crisp, exec-ready updates</strong> (SteerCo/QBR/QSR style).</li> <li>Become a <strong>trusted advisor</strong> for sponsors and key stakeholders: manage stakeholder dynamics, push back when needed, and keep scope/value stable despite shifting demands.</li> <li>Contribute to <strong>services scoping and commercial shaping</strong> in the region.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5) Practice Development, Capitalisation Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to our Professional Services practice scale by capturing patterns, improving templates/playbooks, and sharing learnings to accelerate delivery and make it more repeatable over time.</li> <li>Identify systemic blockers (TTV, governance, adoption) and help drive reusable fixes.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You’ll Need to Be Successful</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>8+ years</strong> of experience in analytics/data / AI delivery, consulting, or complex enterprise programs.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead <strong>multi-stakeholder initiatives ...
